A treasured tradition for more than three decades, the 2025 Shires’ Holiday Inn Tours—coordinated by the Manchester Business Association and The Shires of Southwestern Vermont—returns on Saturday, December 6 and Saturday, December 13, inviting the public to explore some of Southern Vermont’s most charming and historic lodging properties.

A tradition returned on Wednesday night as scores of people turned out for the community tree lighting at the Vermont Veterans' Home.

The Bennington Area Chamber of Commerce and the Vermont Veteran’s Home invite locals and visitors to participate in “Bennington’s Home for the Holidays Celebration."
